Hey everyone,
I've always been a big fan of Dobermans and Great Danes, and I'm thinking of adopting a mixed breed. I'm just wondering, what do you call a Doberman and Great Dane mix? I'm curious to learn more about their temperament, size, and exercise needs, so any personal experiences or insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,
I have some experience with a Doberman and Great Dane mix named Buster. Buster came from a shelter, and while he was a bit shy at first, he quickly warmed up to us and became a beloved member of our family.
Buster was definitely on the larger side, but he was also very gentle and affectionate. He loved to cuddle and would often try to climb into bed with us at night! He also enjoyed going for walks and exploring new places.
One thing we noticed about Buster was that he had a very strong prey drive, which I've heard can be common in both Dobermans and Great Danes. We had to be careful when we took him to the park, as he would sometimes try to chase smaller animals or even birds.
Overall, I think a Doberman and Great Dane mix can make a fantastic pet for someone who is willing to put in the time and effort to meet their needs. They do require plenty of exercise and training, but they're also very loyal and loving dogs.
