Hi everyone,
I am a proud dog owner and currently looking for a Doberman who only responds to German commands. I have always been fascinated by the breed and their intelligence, and I have been learning German as a second language for many years now. I feel that having a dog who only responds to German commands will not only be a unique experience but also help me to improve my language skills.
However, I am having a hard time finding a breeder or rescue center that specializes in such Dobermans. I would appreciate any recommendations or advice on where I can find a Doberman that fits my requirements. Also, if anyone here has experience training their Doberman to only respond to German commands, I would love to hear about your journey and any tips you might have.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello,
I've never personally owned a Doberman who only responds to German commands, but I do know someone who has, and I've observed their experience. Their Doberman was trained to respond only to German commands from puppyhood, and it was quite impressive to see how quickly and effortlessly the dog followed the commands.
One thing I observed was that this Doberman was generally more obedient and disciplined than other dogs I've interacted with. It seems that the strict training regimen helped instill a sense of structure and focus in the dog.
If you're interested in owning a Doberman who only responds to German commands, it's worth noting that it will require a significant level of commitment and patience on your part. You'll need to take the time to properly train your dog to respond to the commands, which can take several months or longer. However, the payoff can be well worth it in the end, as it will give you a unique and fulfilling connection with your furry companion.
I'd recommend researching breeders who specialize in training dogs with German commands or looking for rescue centers that have experience with German breeds. You may also want to consider working with a professional dog trainer who specializes in German language commands. Whatever route you choose, just remember to be consistent and patient in your training, and you and your Doberman will reap the benefits.
